· 8 September 2019 in reply to Boo90. I’ve found that magnesium works well for the twitching and also helps get you to sleep. You could also try drinking Gatorade or something similar as being low in electrolytes can cause muscle twitches and cramps.

· I am now post AFDF C4/5 6 months and still have spasms and twitching in my upper right arm, left shoulder blade and depending on the day other areas. Yeah the neuro I saw wasn’t exactly very good about mine either . Dismissive at best but I showed him the videos of my hands legs and so on twitching and he said its benign . Before actually running any tests which is always going to sit wrong with me anyway but a month or two later however long it was the emg day came and it was all clear .
